The Wat Pho temple in the center of Bangkok’s old district has a hidden secret. Crowded during the day it stands absolutely silent and void at night. There is a small alley parting the temple from the close by residencies and this small alley allows you to enter the premises without problems at night. A view I totally recommend for the wary Bangkok traveller in search of some serene and calm after the hustle and bustle of the days.
