One of the things offered more frequently in Cambodia is sugar cane juice. The sugar cane shots are cut, peeled and soaked in water to remain fresh. Roadside stalls then squeeze out the juice when a customer asks for a drink. The essence is mixed with fresh water and ice cubes. A sweet but delicious drink. Pictures from Phnom Penh
