4,5 months after the birth of our second daugther we are going on a larger trip. From 10th to 27th of June 2025 we will call Portugal our home. The trip starts in small house in Lisboa and will continue to a flat of a distant family relative close to Lisboa. We are also eager to meet old friends which moved back from the Algarve to their family place North-East of Porto.

The packing took place some days ahead. We were able to stuff 22.8kg of our family needs in one big trolley for a family of four. We managed to take luxury items like pillows, diapers, a folding beach chair. I think this family has a potential to go all cabin luggage at one point.

We have access to a car for the whole period. Last time we visited to the south of Portugal we were renting a camper van. A few moments out of the airport I already thought that this would be such a good option to see the country. For the next two trips we agreed on staying put as travelling with two small kids in the van seemed like to much adventure.
