I promised to post some more High-Res pictures of my travel to Koh Chang. Now that I’m almost leaving the island they could be as well the pictures from my departure. I left Lonely Beach yesterday and moved to a new place called The Habitat. It is already a little north which means closer to the ferry port which I plan to use tomorrow in the early morning.
The island is a good place to stay. The contrast between the hip and party oriented Lonely Beach area and the calm and very relaxed almost resort-only area of Klong Prao beach I’m currently staying at gives me a good sense of the different sides of the island. I thought about renting a motorbike again to make a tour across the island, but I just wasn’t up for so much action.
There is much more to do on this island. Say trekking, waterfalls, lush green hills. I guess I’ve got to keep reasons to return another time.
